Not a proof, but certainly on 6 and 8 a manual search for all possible lead heads with pn 14, 16, does not produce a plain bob lead head.</div>

PB1: In a palindromic treble-dominated method with Plain Bob leadheads, <br>
on an even number of bells, the lead end place notations must be 12 or 1n.<br>
